Indestiny 2 runs a few days the first PVP event of Season 15. We collected 3 strong arguments for the event. For the good reasons, however, a reason is joined against the iron banner.
In Destiny 2, the iron banner is still running until the next Weekly Reset. The PVP event is just at the start of the young Season 15, the season of the lost, a great opportunity to bring his guardian to the front man and to curs strong items.

New event loot - especially a weapon is worthwhile
This is new in the iron banner: Long stagnated the iron banner in front of him. The actually mass-compatible PVP event from Destiny 1 has increasingly lost its splendor. Especially because there was hardly any or no new Loot.
Now in Season 15, for years, there has been completely new armor sets for all 3 characters for years for all 3 characters (see title picture). The design is controversial among the keepers, but always better than old reskins. Conveniently, you will receive the whole set at the end of a small quest of Lord Saladin, which is likely to cost you no more than 2 evenings playing time.
There are also 2 completely new weapons. The two new creakings complement the strong Arsenal from Season 14, which can also be obtained. These are the two new weapons:
- The impetus rifle Schmiedschwur (390er) with solar damage
- The pistol Peace Agreements (491er - Salve) with Stasis damage
- You get the seasonal iron banner quest guarantees both weapons once per character - then your Loot happiness needs
This little pistol rocks: The star among the new weapons is the inconspicuous pistol Peace Agreements or English Peacebond. From the Stasis weapon in the kinetics slot, many guardians are currently swarming.

The new Stasis-Perk is grave. This creates a large Stasis crystal after precision kills. So you can either start with Stasis classes synergistic loops or even without Stasis class the nasty ice forces use. In addition, PERK combos like measurement searchers + Hauchegen offer when you are looking for a reliable and deadly weapon for the PVP.
Fast the new ritual weapon from Season 15 Grinden
So there's the hegemony rocket launcher: With Season 15, a new order weapon (ritual weapon) came to Destiny 2: the rocket launcher hegemony. This new weapon gets you currently really fast.
Many guardians are used to earning this weapon over a quest of weapons master Banshee-44 - but that is different now. In the season of the lost, the new order weapon does not exist over quests, but rankings (rank 16) at the 3 NPCs Zavala, the vagabond and Lord Shaxx.

The bonus ends to the next reset on September 7, though the iron banner disappears to October.
4x top loot from the Iron Lord only for the ball
That's why you rising quickly in the Powerlevel: The iron banner is every time an excellent opportunity to raise the Powerlevel of the keeper properly. Lord Saladin also has 4 prey features with the new quest, which guarantee you all strong top sloots.
- Only over the peak sloot, your PowerLevel increases in Season 15 over the 1320 - a maximum of up to 1,330 (without artifact bonus).
- The high level will benefit you in the iron banner itself, the trials and PVE endgame such as leader dusk or farming the new exotics in sectors.
Sources for top sloot are otherwise quite limited. Only limited many activities distribute the valuable resource. Often you have to be in RAIDS or other endgame activities for top loot even. So use the chance and closes the 4 iron banner prey features. You just have to play along and kills - which weapon or class you use, does not matter.

That annoys in the iron banner for years
Why the bad token system? Bungie has almost completely banished the unspeakable token system from Destiny 2. Because the keepers do not like to do not get a loot directly at the end of an activity, but placeholder tokens that you need to exchange for a trip to the NPC in Loot.
Annoying is added that you have to hand the tokens manually in small steps and do not even influence his loot. It is a gambling, in which one usually stands with useless crystal, but has invested a lot of time.
For example, Zavala was rebuilt with Season 15 and all its vanguard tokens are deleted. The trials also revise the old system on 10 September. Lord Saladin and the iron banner still placed stuffed on this old mechanics from 2017.
According to Bungies Community Manager Dylan DMG04 Gaffner, nothing will change so quickly. He speaks of a possible change in a future season (via Twitter).
Through the antiquated token system, it is certainly difficult to fishing, for example, the new, strong pistol peace treaties away from the 3 guaranteed quest drops. But apart from that, the iron banner has something to retire from the old shine and is currently worthing for the Seasonstart.
