Iron Banner is a special PVP event that will take place several times per season. You will charge in the crucible at the request of Lord Saladin and engage in power level.

Please note that this step is currently a bug, and kills with SMG will be counted as tue rockets. Fortunately, rocket lancer fires always count, then double these weapons in your load for this step. I expect it to be corrected fairly quickly.

Each finished step will drop you a piece of the iron banner armor this season for your class and, once you have finished, you can visit Lord Saladin in turn to give it the continuation and get the last element . Once this is done, you can then use your iron banner tokens with Saladin to try to get good rollers for new hardware.
